1 T chopped sweet pickles
1 T fresh parsley chopped or flaked parsley

Directions:
Bring water to a boil and add a pinch of salt, then gently place the raw eggs in the boiling water. Reduce heat so not to break the shells. Simmer for 15 to 20 minutes. Bring the pot over to the sink and run cold water over the eggs for about 5 minutes and let sit for about 10 to 15 minutes. Peel the eggs and cut in half with a sharp knife. Put whites on a serving plate and yolks in a bowl. Mash the yolks to get all the lumps out, then mix the yolks with Miracle Whip, yellow mustard, chopped sweet pickles, a little juice, parsley and stir until the consistency is smooth. Salt and pepper and season to taste. Spoon the yolk mixture into the egg white halves and sprinkle with paprika.
