3 lbs ground beef
2 tbsp flour
1 small onion diced
1 tsp black pepper
1 cup water
1 pkg Lipton Beefy Onion soup mix
1 pkg Instant Mashed Potatoes

Directions:
Directions:
In a large pot, brown beef with onion and black pepper. Drain. Return to pot. Add flour to meat to make a pastey consistency. Combine water and soup mix in a separate bowl and mix throughly. Add to meat mixture. Simmer approximately 20 minutes until mixture thickens. Put mixture into casserole dish and top with mashed potatoes. Bake at 350 degress to 45 - 60 minutes.
