Ingredients:  
2 Large Cans Veg-All vegetables (drained)
1 Can Cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
1 Cup Mayonnaise
1 Cup Cheddar cheese (grated)
1 Med. Onion (chopped)
1 Can Water chestnuts (drained)
1 Cup Chopped celery (optional)
TOPPING:
½ Cup Melted butter
1 Small bag Pepperidge Farm cornbread dressing mix

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients (except butter and dressing mix) and place in large casserole dish.

Mix the cornbread dressing mix with the melted butter and spread on top of vegetable mixture. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until hot.
*May want to cover near end of cooking time to keep from splattering in oven.
