1/2 lb. pork sausage
1 1/2 T. flour
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. crushed pineapple
1/2 c. maple syrup

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage and drain well. Sprinkle meat with flour and mix well. Add water and cook until thick. Stir in crushed pineapple and maple syrup.
Simmer, covered, for 10 minutes. Serve over waffles or pancakes.
