1 roll Pillsbury Sugar Cookies
8 oz cream cheese, softened
½ cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Assorted fruit (pineapple-sliced/diced, cherries, grapes, kiwi, bananas, etc.)
½ cup apricot or apple jelly

Directions:
Directions:
Slice and press cookie cough thinly over entire surface of pizza pan. Cook as directed. Allow to cool completely.

Cream sugar, vanilla and cream cheese until thoroughly mixed and smooth. Spread over entire surface of cookie base. Place fruit in desired arrangement or design. Dip bananas in lemon juice to keep from turning brown. Heat jelly to liquefy, then drizzle over fruit.
