1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese (from bag)
1 package lean bacon (not thick sliced)
Club crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°. Cut bacon strips in half. Place one tsp of cheese on each cracker and wrap with bacon, long way, with ends underneath. Place crackers on a baking sheet. Bake for 30 minutes or until browned and crispy. Drain on paper towels and serve.

These can be refrigerated overnight before baking. Just let them stand 15 minutes or so to come to room temperature before baking. They can also be frozen and reheated at party time - 350° for 5 minutes.
