2 pheasants, cut into serving pieces
1 cup pancake flour
˝ cup butter or margarine
1 small onion, chopped fine
2 stalks celery, chopped fine
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
Sliced mushrooms, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Roll pheasant in pancake flour and sauté in a little margarine until browned. Place in bottom of casserole dish. Salt and pepper to taste.

In microwave or fry pan, sauté onions and celery in butter. Mix soups with 1˝ can water and add onion-celery mixture. Cover and bake at 350° for 1 hour. Serve on mashed potatoes or rice.
