4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
½ cup flour
½ cup butter, melted
2 tbsp lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Garlic powder to taste
1 cup heavy cream
⅓ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400°. Cut chicken into rather large strips (3-4 for each half breast). Melt butter in shallow pan; dredge chicken in the flour, then dip in butter.

Place in pan. Sprinkle with lemon juice, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Pour cream over, then the Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake for 45 minutes or until done.
