1 cup dry bread crumbs
1½ tsp onion salt
½ tsp pepper
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp summer savory seasoning or thyme
½ tsp curry powder
1 -2 frying chickens, cut-up
½ cup mayonnaise

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400°. Combine crumbs and seasonings in plastic bag. Add chicken pieces, two at a time, and shake to coat. Place chicken in shallow pan. Bake at 400° for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and brush with mayonnaise. Reduce oven temperature to 325° and bake one hour longer, or until tender. Serve hot or cold.
