1 3/4 c flour
1/2 c oat bran
2 tsp BP
1 tsp BS
1 tsp Cinnamon (I used 1/2)
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 c mashed RIPE bananas (about 4 med or 3 large)
3/4 c buttermilk
2 eggs
1/2 c brown sugar packed
2 tbsp butter melted
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup chopped pecans (I ground them up a bit)
1/3 c chocolate chips (optional)

pre-heat oven to 350
spray 2 laof pans with Pam

In large bowl combine dry ingredients, mix well and set aside

In medium bowl mix bananas, buttermilk,eggs, brown sugar, butter and vanilla, mix well to eliminate lumps of banana. Add wet ingredients to dry mixing only enough to combine ingredients (don't over mix). Add pecans and chips.

Divide between 2 pans and cook on centre rack about 30 -35 minutes or until done.

Cool on wire rack for 10 minutes then remove from pans and cool. store in plastic wrap.
