1 quart vanilla ice cream
3 cups crushed corn flakes
2 tsp cinnamon
3 egg whites
6 tsp sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Scoop out balls of ice cream, place on cookie sheet and put in freezer for about 1 hour. Mix crumbs, cinnamon and sugar. Roll frozen ice cream balls in half of the crumb mixture and freeze again. Beat egg and dip coated balls in egg, then roll again in remaining crumbs. Freeze until ready to use. When ready to serve, heat oil to 350 degrees. Place a frozen ball in fryer basket and lower in hot oil for about 1 minute. Immediately remove. Drizzle with chocolate or caramel and top with whip cream and a cherry.
