1/2 cup butter
1 cup water
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup flour
4 eggs
Directions:
Directions:
Bring butter, water and salt to a boil and remove from heat. Add flour and stir until it forms a ball. Cool 1 to 2 minutes. Add eggs one at a time stirring well after each one. Drop on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 450º for 15 minutes THEN 325º for 25 minutes. Cool.

Makes 12 puffs
