1 square butter
1 cup flour
1 TBSP sugar
1/2 cup chopped nuts
2 large packages cook and serve vanilla pudding
8 oz cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1 TBSP Lemon Juice
1/2 cup coconut browned in oven
Cool Whip
Directions:
Directions:
Mix butter, flour, sugar and nuts and pat into a 9 x 13 pan. Bake for 10 minutes. Make the vanilla pudding and let cool. Blend cream cheese, sugar, 1 cup cool whip and lemon juice and spread over crust. Spread the pudding over the cream cheese mixture. Spread the rest of the cool whip on top and then sprinkle the coconut on top. Cool.
