1 cup softened butter
2 cups sugar
8 eggs
1 t vanilla
3 cups Hershey’s Syrup
2 cups flour

Frosting:
1 cup butter
4 cups powdered sugar
2 Tbsp water
2 tsp mint extract
2 drops green food coloring
1 package cream cheese

Chocolate Topping:
In a double broiler melt...
12 Tbsp butter
2 cups semi sweet chocolate chips


Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 F. Cream the butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Add the chocolate syrup and flour and mix well. Pour in a jelly roll pan and bake for 30 to 40 minutes. Let cool completely.

Make the frosting and spread on top of the brownie layer. Put it in the freezer for about 30 minutes.

Prepare the chocolate topping and spread over the frosting.
