6 cups Strawberries
Sugar (to taste)
1 can biscuits
Butter
1 carton Whipping Cream

Preheat oven to 400º
STRAWBERRIES: Wash berries, remove hulls. Slice and add sugar to your taste. Let stand for at least 30 minutes for sugar to dissolve. Then put in refrigerator to chill.
SHORTCAKE: Spray a large sheet pan with Pam or lightly oil it. Take the biscuits and flatten them on wax paper. Place flatteren biscuits on greased sheet pan. Spread butter on top and sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 400º until light brown (about 8-10 min).
TOPPING: Beat whipping cream until fluffy adding sugar to your taste.

Serve in individual bowls, break up biscuits, layer with strawberries and whipping cream.
