1 lemon cake mix
1 package cream cheese
5 oz instant lemon pudding
1 large can crushed pineapple
Whip Cream
Directions:
Directions:
Make the cake as directed on the box. Let cool. Make the pudding as directed on the box. Whip the cream cheese; add the pudding and drained pineapple and whip good. Spread on the top of the cake. Spread the whip cream on top of the pudding mixture and top with coconut.
