1 1/2 cups water
1/2 cups rolled oats
1 T. butter
pinch sea salt
pinch cinnamon
1 tsp. olive oil or other fat
1 pork, chicken, or turkey sausage link, diced
1 T. sauerkraut or other type of pickled food
parsley, minced

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a medium pot, bring water, oats, butter, salt and cinnamon to a boil.

2. Reduce heat to low, cover, and cook 6 to 8 minutes.

3. While oats are cooking, in a seperate skillet, heat olive oil and add diced sausage.

4. Cook sausage according to directions on package.

5. Place oats in individual bowls and top with sausage and sauerkraut.

6. Garnish with parsley.
