8 quarts tomatoes peeled and sliced
1/2 cup salt
3 jalapeņos (5 or 6 = hotter)
6 green peppers
3 Anaheim peppers
4 tsp minced garlic
1/4 cup vinegar
1/2 cup sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the tomatoes and salt for 1 hour. Remove one to 2 quarts of water off the top. Add everything else but the sugar. Cook for 45 minutes. Add the sugar, and cook for 15 more minutes. Put in bottles and then process for 15 more minutes.
