12 asparagus spears, trimmed, lightly steamed
1/3 cup mayo
1 t dried tarragon
1 1/2 t Dijon Mustard
1/2 t garlic salt
1 lb split chicken breast, pounded into 4 pieces
Toothpicks

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix mayo, tarragon, mustard, & garlic salt in small bowl. Divide mixture evenly onto the center of each chicken piece. Place 3 asparagus spears on top of each breast. Roll up chicken and secure with toothpicks. Bake 30 minutes at 350º.
