3 egg whites
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 cup sugar
1 cup chopped nuts
40 Ritz crackers, crushed
1 large Cool Whip
1 8-oz. cream cheese
1 can crushed pineapple
1 can fruit cocktail

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites with 1/2 tsp baking power until foamy.
Add sugar and beat again.
Add nuts and crushed crackers.
Mix well and spread into 9X13X2 inch greased pan.
Bake at 350º for 20 minutes. Cool completely.
Topping:
Mix together Cool Whip and softened cream cheese.
Mix in drained pineapple and drained fruit cocktail.
Spread on top of crust.
Refrigerate.
