3 well beaten eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup margarine
1/2 cup flour
1 tsp lemon extract

Directions:
Directions:
Add sugar to eggs and beat.
Melt margarine and add to mixture, then flour and flavoring.
For variations, add almond, vanilla, sherry, may be used.

You need a krumkake iron.
To make get the iron hot.
Put a Tbsp of batter on the iron.
Then turn it over as a waffle iron.
Get light brown.
Remove from iron and fold over the tube that is with the iron.
Cool carefully.
