SAUCE
1 8 oz can tomato sauce
1/3 cup water
1/4 cup sugar
juice of 1 lemon
2/3 onion, diced

MEAT
1 lb chopped meat
1/3 onion, chopped small pieces
matza meal
1 egg
salt, pepper, garlic powder
1/3 cup ice water
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients for meatballs together except for water.
Add ice water.
Mix all ingredients for sauce together and bring to a boil.
Lower heat.
Scoop and drop meat into sauce.
Simmer for 1/2 hour.
Serve over rice.

Make sure the water going into the meatballs is ice cold otherwise the meatballs won't be fluffy.
