5 lb potatoes
1 lb bacon
Onions
Celery
Bacon fat, water and vinegar to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes with skin on. Cook bacon till firm but not soft. Chop onions and celery. Peel and slice potatoes. Dry and crumble bacon. Mix about 1/4 bacon fat with vinegar and water. Boil together and watch for splatters. Pour mixture on top of chopped onion, celery, bacon and potatoes.
