Thyme to taste
Rosemary to taste
4 red potatoes, peeled and chopped into 1" cubes or 16 ounces carrots or 16 ounces of cauliflower.

Directions:

Cut vegetables into bite size pieces
Toss with oil and seasonings
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until vegetables are cooked through
