1/2 lb lean ground beef
1 egg, separated
1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
1/4 cup tomato sauce
1 1/2 tsp fresh parsley, chopped (or dried)
1 tsp garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp olive oil
1 pkg puff pastry squares
1/4 cup honey mustard
1 tbsp sesame seeds

Preheat oven to 350º
1. In small bowl, combine ground beef, egg yolk, bread crumbs, tomato sauce, parsley, and spices.
2. Heat olive oil in pan and add beef mixture. Fry on medium setting until cooked, approximately 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Spread honey mustard in the center of each puff pastry squares and spoon 1 tsp of meat mixture on top. fold into triangles and press closed with the tines of a fork.
4. Place on a parchment-lined cookie sheet.
5. In a small bowl, gently beat egg white and brush on triangles. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top. (optional)
6. Bake at 350 for approximately 15-20 minutes until brown.
