1/4 cup oil
1 chicken
1 cup mushrooms
1 large onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 28 oz can whole tomatoes, drained
1/4 tsp pepper
1/8 tsp marjoram
1/8 tsp thyme

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil, brown chicken and remove. (I skip this step)
On medium heat, brown onion
Then saute vegetables with garlic until tender.
Discard oil.
Add chicken, tomatoes and spices. Heat high, bring to a boil.
Simmer until chicken is tender.
(Optional, remove chicken when done, reduce sauce to half, spoon over chicken.)
Serve over spaghetti or rice.
