1 bag of frozen Tater-Tots
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/3 c. milk

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Brown the beef in pot with your seasonings you like. Once cooked through, add the sour cream, cream of chicken, and milk. Stir together. In a greased 8x8 pan put enough tater-tots to cover the bottom, but not too many that they sit on top of each other. Then pour the meat mixture on top of the tater-tots. Place more tater-tots on top and then top that with some cheese. Bake for 20-25 minutes. If so desired, add a can of Corn to the beef mixture.
