1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 tsp olive oil
1/3 cup shallots
3/4 cup pomegranate juice
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
4 center cut boneless pork chops

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first four ingredients. Sprinkle over pork chops. Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium high heat (if thick cut, medium heat). Cook pork chops 3-5 minutes each side (if thick cut-about 20-25 minutes total). Remove pork chops and set aside. Add shallots to pan and cook for 45 seconds stirring constantly. Add juice, sugar, and balsamic vinegar. Bring to boil and cook for 5 minutes (or until slightly thick). Serve pork with sauce.
