1 1/2 cups sugar
1/4 lb. butter
1 1/2 cups light cream
6 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp cardamom

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar and eggs. Mix flour, baking powder, and cardamom. Alternately mix flour mixture and cream to the mixer. Chill for at least 1 hour. Then roll and deep fat fry until golden brown.
