2 filetes de pescado, 2 limones, 2 tomates, 1 cebolla mediana, 1 diente de ajo, 2 ramitas de cilantro, 1 ramita de apio, Sal, Pimienta.
Directions:
Directions:
Cortar 2 cuadrados de papel de aluminio. En cada pieza de papel poner una pieza de pescado, encima poner todos los ingredientes picados: el tomate, la cebolla, el ajo, el cilantro, el apio, exprimir el limón encima y salpimentar. Cerrar el papel de aluminio de manera que todo el pescado quede bien cubierto y colocarlo en una fuente de horno. Hornear durante 20 minutos a temperatura media y servir caliente.
