4 lbs baby back ribs

Rub
1 TBSP Paprika
1 1/2 tsp brown sugar
1 1/4 tsp salt
3/4 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Take the membrane off the ribs. Mix all of the ingredients together for the rub and rub on both sides of the ribs. Wrap the ribs tightly in a plastic baking bag. Let set in fridge overnight. 3 hours before serving, heat the oven to 300 degrees and place the wrapped ribs on a cookie sheet and bake for 2 1/2 hours. Take the ribs out of oven and bag - let them sit for about 15 minutes. Put them on the grill on low heat and turn 4 times every 3 minutes generously brushing with the barbecue sauce each time they are turned.
