1 cup raisins
1/3 cup walnuts
2 cups flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup shortening
3/4 cup milk

Topping:
1/3 cup orange juice
1/3 cup sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 cup nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Grind together the orange (reserving juice for topping), raisins and walnuts. Sift together the flour, soda, salt and sugar. Add the shortening and milk. Beat for 2 minutes on low speed, then 2 minutes at medium speed. Add eggs and milk. Beat 2 minutes. Fold in raisin mixture. Bake at 350 degrees 40-50 minutes.

Prepare topping: drip orange juice over warm cake. Combine sugar, cinnamon and nuts; rub on top.
