1 tbsp. cider or red wine vinegar
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 cup salad oil

Salad
8 cups crisp spinach
3 hard-cooked eggs
8 slices bacon
4 green onions
fresh mushrooms
fresh cauliflower
