1 butternut squash, peels and cut into small pieces
1 cup flour
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 stick margarine
3 eggs
1 1/2 cup parve creamer or soy milk
1 tsp vanilla
Graham cracker crust (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Cook squash in a small pot with a little water. Cook until a fork can easily pierce pieces.
Combine all other ingredients.
Mash squash and blend together.
Pour into graham cracker pie crust. Sprinkle with cinnamon
Bake 350 for 45-60 minutes
