l-1/2 # ground round or sirloin beef
1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
1/3 cup catsup
2 Tablespoons minced dried onion
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 teaspoons prepared Horseradish

Topping:
3 Tablespoons of brown sugar
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
1/4 cup catsup
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce, Optional.
The topping can be doubled for more sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients thoroughly Let ingredients soften before adding ground beef.
Place into a micro safe glass dish. Shape into a doughnut shape with a hole
in the center. Cover dish completely with waxed paper.
Micro wave on high 8 minutes.
Remove from micro wave and pour topping evenly on meatloaf covering entire top.
Return to micro wave, cover with the waxed paper;
Micro wave on high 7 more minutes.
Let stand 10 minutes before serving
