2 pounds small red potatoes
3 TBSP olive oil
Garlic salt
Ground pepper
Salt
Dried rosemary
Dried parsley
Whatever spices you would like to use

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450 F. Fill large bowl with cut potatoes. Drizzle oil and seasoning over potatoes, stir to coat. Place potatoes in a single layer on a foil lined baking sheet, which has had the foil sprayed with cooking spray. Bake uncovered for 40 to 45 minutes, turning half way through baking time. Potatoes should be light golden brown and tender. Serve warm.

You can also make this a meal by adding a Hillshire Farm Sausage to it. Cut the sausage in slices add a little sauted onion to it if you would like and when the potatoes are just about tender, add the sausage and stir. Keep in the oven until hot.
