• 1 Lb. ground beef
• 2/3 cup chopped onion
• Ŋ tsp. salt
• ŧ tsp. pepper
• Ŋ cup grated cheddar cheese
• ž cup Bisquick
• 3 eggs
• 1 Ŋ cups milk
Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Cook ground beef until brown. Add onion, salt and pepper. Pour cooked ground beef into greased 10-inch pie plate.

Beat milk and Bisquick until smooth. Add grated cheese on top of hamburger. Pour bisquick over cheese. Bake in 400 ēC oven for 30 to 35 minutes until brown.
