1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 can mandarin oranges
4 eggs
1/2 c. Oil

Icing:
1 container cool whip
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1 pkg instant vanilla pudding
Directions:
Directions:
Beat together including juice. Bake in large
greased pan for 25 min. @350.

Icing:
Mix pineapple, including juice. Add cool whip.
Spread on cooled cake.
Refrigerate
