4 to 6 cubed steaks
1 envelope onion soup mix
4 cups water
flour
salt
lemon & pepper
Directions:
Directions:
Combine soup and water; set aside. Flour and season steaks and brown quickly in a small amount of hot oil. Place steaks into a lightly greased 13 x 9 inch baking pan. Pour soup mixture over steaks. Bake at 400° for 45 minutes.
