1 Qt Warm water
1/2 can evap. milk (6 0z)
2 T. Salt
1/2 c. sugar
3 pkts dry yeast
5c. flour
2 T. margarine

Directions:
Make well in flour. Pour water, milk, sugar, salt and yeast mixture into well, stir and let stand 10-15 min. Mix well and take out about 1 1/2-2 c. of mixture and set aside for cinnamon rolls. Add flour to remaining mixture till right consistancy for bread dough. Grease, cover and let raise till at least double. Divide into pieces. Punch out air; shape into loaves and put into greased loaf pans. Grease top; cover and let raise till almost the size you want as a finished loaf. Bake at 350 for 25 min.

To cinnamon roll mixture, add:
1 pkt dry yeast, dissolved in 1/4c. warm water
1 egg, 1/2 c. sugar, & 3 c. flour (approx.)
Add flour and knead to proper consistency. Put into greased bowl, grease top of dough; Cover with plastic wrap and a cloth. Let raise till double.
Make mixture of:
2 c. brown sugar, 1 c. white sugar, & 2 T. cinnamon

Soften 2 sticks margarine.
Divide dough into 3 pieces and roll each to approx 15" length and 8" width. Spread with margarine, cover with cinn.& sugar mixture. Roll as jelly roll. Cut into about 1 1/2" pieces. Grease baking pans and sprinkle with brown sugar and dots of margarine. Place rolls into pans, cut sides up.
