Ingredients:  
4 c. sifted flour
Pinch of salt
2 tsp. sugar
1 C. softened butter
Just enough water for a soft dough

Directions:
Directions:
Knead dough till soft. Divide into 3 parts and
roll out on flat cookie sheet till thin...like pie crust.
Score dough lightly with pizza cutter, Score into squares;
then prick through with fork to relieve air.
Bake at 325 till done, like pie dough...may
break off some on outer edge as dough gets
done...so middle can bake through, also.
