1 1/2 lbs. thin-sliced (really thin) frozen steaks
2 small zucchini
1 small eggplant
1 lb. chopped frozen spinach (drained)
1/4 c. grated cheese
1 lg. bottle mushroom gravy or
1 (14oz) can crushed tomatoes
Directions:
Directions:
Lightly cook steaks and blot out grease from each steak.
Julienne zucchini and eggplant, thaw and drain spinach. Wrap combination of vegetables with cheese inside each steak. Lay in sprayed baking dish and top with more cheese and tomatoe or mushroom gravy. Bake at 350 degrees till heated through and veggies are tender.
