1/3 cup pure orange juice
1/3 cup pure maple syrup
2 Tbsps whole grain dijon prepared mustard
1 Tbsp chopped fresh rosemary
1 Tbsp veg oil
1/2 tsp each salt & pepper
Use as a marinade over halibut or any white fish or even pork on the bbq.

It is very important that you not substitute these ingredients, otherwise the taste is not the same. I usually double the recipe and set half aside and put in individual dishes to use for dipping. This originally was a marinade to use over pork but I would cook halibut on the bbq on a tinfoil pan and baste with the 1/2 the dip till the halibut or white fish was cooked. Was a great hit everytime I made it. Ask my brother JOE!!
