1 (15-oz) package. refrigerated piecrust dough
2 eggs
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 (16-0z) bag frozen spinach, thawed
1 cup Parmesan cheese
1 (12 oz.) carton cottage cheese
Salt, pepper and garlic powder

Preheat the oven to 425°. Place Mini Tartlet Tray on Perforated Baking Sheet. Roll piecrust dough on ROUL’PAT with rolling pin and use Dough Cutter to cut 30 rounds. Place dough circles in Mini-Tartlet Tray and use Shaper to press down.
Mix remaining ingredients to make spinach mixture. Fill with a spoonful of spinach mixture. Bake at 425° for 20 min. Don’t forget to fill empty cups with water!

These are delicious! One pie crust makes 17 boat trays. Filling should be enough for 30 or more tartlets.
