4 pkg. Ramen noodles
1 bunch green onions
1/3 to 1/2 head of cabbage, Chop or shred, I use a bag of angle hair cabbage

2 c. chopped almonds or pecans I like almonds with chicken ramen and pecans with pork ramen.

1/2 c. oil
5 tbsp. vinegar
5 tbsp. sugar

Directions:
Cook Ramen noodles according to directions. cook only 3 minutes drain and rinse with cold water. To cooked noodles add onions, cabbage, nuts and dressing. Toss

Dressing. Mix oil, vinegar, sugar and the 4 packets of seasoning from the ramen. Whisk until blended and add to salad.

The longer it sits in the refrigerator the better it is. I have also used the chili lime ramen and added cilantro for a Mexican twist.
