You may make adjustments that you wish.

Utensils: frying pan, a small bowl, 2 pie pans, tenderizer (hand or electric)

1 - 5 pork chops
salt & pepper
bread crumbs
1 - 2 eggs (one should be enough)
1/4 - 1/2 cup milk
1/2 - 3/4 cup flour
cooking oil, preferably olive oil but canola oil will do

Directions:
Directions:
Trim excess fat off of the pork chop(s).
Put the flour in a pie pan.
Pour the milk in a small bowl (a small corning ware bowl does very nicely).
Add 1 egg. Mix the egg and milk.
Put the bread crumbs in the other pie pan.
Tenderize each pork chop.
Salt & pepper to taste each pork chop being cooked.

Take each pork chop and one by one make sure that each pork chop being cooked is completely covered with flour.
One by one, dip each pork chop into the milk and egg mixture.
One by one, cover each pork chop with bread crumbs.
Put each pork chop in frying pan with olive oil and cook until done (one or two at a time depending on the size of your frying pan).
