2 heaping T. of sugar
1 sliced orange
1 sliced lemon
Juice of 1/2 orange
2 jiggers of brandy (optional)
1 bottle Spanish wine (or any sweet wine)
2/3 c. club soda
ice

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle sugar over fruit and add orange juice. Add brandy. Press or mash and let sit in refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
When ready to serve, add wine and soda and pour over ice.
Can be stored without ice and soda in refrigerator for several days.

2 oranges, 2 lemons, 1 c. sugar, 1 gal. Rose wine, 1 qt. club soda and ice will serve 40 people. Follow mixing directions above.
