2 c. flour
3 T. oil
1/2 c. chopped mint, fresh or dried
2/3 c. lowfat milk
1 egg
1/2 c. chopped parsley, fresh or dried
2-3 charcoal capsules ( get at health food store)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400F. Mix flour and charcoal, then add the rest of the ingredients. Use mini-muffin pans. Bake 15-20 minutes.
