1 pint fresh Strawberries, washed and hulled
1/4 C. Sugar
1 ripe Banana
1 pint Half and Half
1/2 tsp. Vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle strawberries with sugar, let sit until lots of juice forms.
Mash strawberries with the juice and banana in a blender. Add Half and Half with the strawberries and banana, blend until smooth.
Chill for several hours before serving.
Serve in bowls with a dollop of whipped cream and garnish with a sliced strawberry.
