3 1/2 cups Water
1 cup Half & Half or Carnation Milk
2 tsp. Sugar
6 tbsp. Oleo
2 1/2 tsp. Salt
4 cups Potato Buds
2 cups Flour

Directions:
Directions:
Bring first 5 ingredients to a boil. Remove from heat and add potato buds. Mix well and cool. Add flour.

Pinch off egg size piece of dough. Roll on lightly floured board into paper thin circle. Heat lightly oiled electric griddle or frying pan to medium high heat.
Cook one at a time, until lightly browned, about one minute on each side. Remove lefse carefully from griddle and stack between paper towels. To serve, spread with softened and sugar. Roll up and eat!
